It isn’t hard to understand why guys would want to find a stylish pair of red bottom or red sole shoes at an affordable price.
Ever since Christian Louboutin red bottoms accidentally took the fashion world by storm, stylish, fashion-forward guys have been clamoring for kicks with the same iconic red sole.
(Louboutin originally started with a pair of red soled high heels that drew the attention of fashion icons like Jennifer Lopez, Angelina Jolie and Marion Cotillard, but they were such a hit he soon started adding red bottoms to men’s shoes too.)
Unfortunately for ballers on a budget, a single pair of Louboutin shoes costs more than a thousand dollars (😱 !!!!), which is way more than most of us want to spend on footwear.
Fortunately, the number of men’s shoe brands has exploded over the past few years, and some of these new arrivals have followed Louboutin’s lead.
As a result, today you can find a number of stylish red-soled men’s shoes for prices that are a lot more reasonable than what you see at major fashion houses like Louboutin, Louis Vuitton or Yves Saint Laurent.
To help you kick up your color game, in this post we’ve rounded up some of the best red bottom casual shoes and formal shoes for men.

Arguably the best low-cost Louboutin alternatives on the market, these black longwings from Marc Nolan combine an upper made from pebbled calfskin leather with a memory-foam padded insole and EVA outsoles.
The result is a shoe that’s just as eye-catching as Louboutins, but way more comfortable, feeling more like sneakers than stiff dress shoes.
But the best part might be the price:
At less than $150, these are about 1/10th the price of Louboutins. (Plus, Marc Nolan offers free shipping and free returns within the contiguous United States.)
If you’re looking for a head-turning shoe to help you stand out on special occasions, but don’t want to shell out a grand for a patent leather pair of Christian Louboutins with red-lacquered soles, this is definitely your best bet.
Great looking shoe very comfortable and received a lot of compliments on the stylish look

This pair from Cole Haan is a little less formal than the Marc Nolan Alexanders listed above, but just as comfy.
Here the red rubber soles are paired with a gray nubuck upper for a more casual look that still stands out.
The greatest dress shoe I have ever owned! I dress business casual to work and these are awesome. You can even dress up formally with these and pull it off.

The white version of the Alexanders listed above, this color is arguably even more eye-catching since white leather dress shoes are fairly rare.
What’s interesting is that the red rubber sole somehow looks even brighter when paired with a white upper, as opposed to the black version above.
That makes these the perfect statement shoes for anyone who’s not afraid of adding a little loudness to their look.
Received plenty of comments from co-workers when I wore these onsite for our Quarterly meeting. The perfect shoe with a great pair of jeans…and the outcome was overwhelming.

And speaking of making a statement…
These Belgian loafers combine a red outsole with an extremely bold red camo pattern on top, resulting in one of the most unique and eye-catching shoes I’ve come across.
These are admittedly not for everyone, but that’s exactly the point.
The guy who has the chutzpah to wears shoes this unique and bold will inevitably be viewed the same way.
The fit as always is great. And the color combination I haven’t seen on another shoe.. So I feel like I’m the first to wear them. I got lot’s of compliments on them.

If you’re looking for red soles that are a little more subdued than the red lacquer look on a pair of Louboutins (or the bright red rubber soles of the models above), this option from GH Bass is perfect.
They’re red enough to be distinct from most other shoes, but not so bright and attention-grabbing that it’ll cause a scene everywhere you go.
It’s a more subtle nod to the red bottom shoe trend, without the risk of making you seem too desperate for attention.

These make a great alternative to Christian Louboutin men shoes because red bottom sneakers tend to stand out no matter what color the upper part is.
But when it happens to be made from a combination of high-quality materials like suede and premium calf leather – in a striking deep blue color like the one pictured above – the result is a (comfy as hell) shoe that you can wear with everything from suits to shorts.
The sneakers are like a work of art. You feel nothing when you walk with them and the style, the color, the red, the blue, the black, beautiful style, fantastic. I cannot appreciate this anymore, it is the best.

Best Cheap Red Bottom Loafers for Men
Like suede wingtip bucks pictured above, these loafers from GH Bass come with a red sole that’s softer and a little more subdued than the bright red used by the Christian Louboutin brand, making them both a more subtle option, and a more versatile one.

These sneakers take the same black-shoe-with-red-sole contrast that Louboutin first applied to dress shoes.
The result is an elevated pair of fashion sneakers that have a lot of the same style, but also a lot more comfort.
Absolutely love these shoes. Fit is perfect and the style of the sneaker is sleek and fashionable.

If you like the overall look of red soles but want footwear that’s a little more rugged and hard-working, look no further.
These hand-crafted chelsea boots from Italian footwear brand Scarosso combine a rubberised black calfskin upper with a thick red outsole in a perfectly balanced shade of red that’s bold, but not brash.

Green camo is obviously more common than the red camo loafers included above.
But it’s still pretty rare in shoes, and especially rare to see it paired with a bright red color along the area of the sole, which isn’t a color combo you see very often on men’s feet.
The result is a great pair of statement sneakers that are not quite as sophisticated as the dark blue ones mentioned earlier, but just as bold.
Everything was amazing. From the fast shipping to the actual color of the shoe.
