I know it might sound strange or even silly if you’ve never tried it, but meditation really can help make you more confident.
As someone prone to over-thinking and anxiety, I find it particularly helpful for slowing me down and making me feel more calm, cool and collected.
Fortunately, you don’t have to take my word for it. Neuroscientist and author Sam Harris is also a huge fan of meditation, and he’s written a great introductory piece about it on his blog.
