When it comes to online furniture stores, the other big name in the game is Wayfair.

While they frequently run sitewide sales, you can almost always snag great deals on items in their sale section.
Plus, their customer service is usually spot-on — they’ll frequently replace broken or damaged items at no additional cost.
Walmart
Known and loved for its affordable prices, Walmart has basically become the brand name of bargain retail stores.
Their website is a one-stop shop for everything for your home, including brand-name furniture, home decor items, and electronic products.

Costco
You may be surprised to see this wholesale retailer on a list of furniture stores, but Costco is good for so much more than bulk toilet paper.
Their website in particular offers a wide selection of all kinds of furniture at discounted prices, including dining sets, mattresses, area rugs, coffee tables, sofas, office furniture, appliances—you name it.

When it comes to stylish furniture, Crate & Barrel is one of the best stores, and that’s true whether we’re talking in-person or online shopping.
They carry higher-end pieces, almost all of which come from their exclusive in-house brand.
The quality does come at a cost, but know that it’s totally worth the investment.
Pottery Barn
How could we not include Pottery Barn when it’s been a beloved go-to for home goods for decades?

Wondering what in the world CB2 stands for? So was I until I learned it was owned by Crate & Barrel — makes sense now, I’ll bet.
Well, as you might suspect, CB2 is the sister brand, except this is the younger and cooler sister who’s up to date on the latest trends.
You’ll find stylish finds on their site and some particularly great options for those of you who live in a small space.
Schoolhouse
If you love the vintage, old-fashioned look, but either can’t find it easily or prefer new furniture, then you’ll want to check out Schoolhouse.

On the other hand, if you prefer a modern, borderline futuristic vibe, then it’s Modshop you want to check out.
While they do have in-person stores, you can only shop their sale section online, so in that sense, it’s kind of like Overstock and similar sites — you gotta hop on the computer to get the deals.
Amara
Amara is essentially the more upscale equivalent of Overstock or Wayfair.
They carry furniture and home accessories from a wide assortment of brands, particularly the more luxe ones you won’t usually find on other sites, as well as their own in-house brands.
Kardiel
The Kardiel brand reflects the obsession of those who started it: modernism, modernism, and more modernism.
